Responsible for day to day administration duties within accounts department. Responsible for entering accounts and daily payments on to computer preparing bank pay-ins, monitoring customer accounts and chase letters on a weekly basis, progress and chase debt over the telephone
Maintain ‘Stop Lists' and ensure other departments have an accurate copy
Deal with sales ledger enquiries
Enter purchase invoices on a daily basis
Carry out filing, photocopying, scanning and other general administration and accounts duties as necessary
Health and Safety duties such as;
Ensure that you remain compliant with health and safety regulations and accepted safe practice at all times. Report any health and safety issues or contraventions witnessed anywhere within the business to the Unit Manager or in their absence the Health and Safety Coordinator or a Director.
Participate in other administrative duties as required
Comply with all policies and procedures within the company
