A well established telecommunications company are seeking an enthusiastic Person to work in the Network Services Division to provide Account Management to a number of Dealers and Resellers. To maintain and grow revenue margin from assigned account base & ensure customer retention through excellent customer service.
Duties include:
Gain a full understanding of accounts by accurately profiling and updating account plans.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all product ranges completing the necessary training where required.
Support Field Sales order processing, using the on-line ordering system.
Take phone enquiries and orders from dealers and end user customers as required.
Gain thorough knowledge of Suppliers sales order processes.
Gain and develop a thorough and up to date understanding of all Suppliers products & network solutions offered.
Offer support during new dealer recruitment and manage induction processes.
Organise and manage internal and external incentives
Attend training where necessary to develop knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
•An excellent telephone manner with the ability to deal with difficult customers.
•Good level of GCSE qualifications.
•History of achieving results
•Enthusiastic approach to managing relationships and meeting customers needs
•Ability to use your own initiative
•Previous Sales experience with target achieved.
