A Bid Strategy Manager is required to control filter and define the bid strategy/tender requests for service related quotation requests.

The Role: A Bid Strategy Manager is required to control, filter and define the bid strategy for all Service related quotation requests in order to:-
•control and direct flow of enquiry’s into business units to eliminate duplication of effort and thus improve efficiencies
•define and drive a common agreed bid strategy on targeted bids in order to maximise quotation conversion and thus growth for our Services activities
•identification of additional WOW opportunities from individual product enquiry’s. Co-ordination of the companies response to these opportunities.
Responsibility to deploy the change of the services quotation approach to maximise growth opportunities.
We require HND in relevant engineering discipline experience of working in virtual team environment. A sound commercial experience with previous involvement in significant change programs.
