The role is to take control of such construction schemes, working closely with the client to ensure that they are all delivered to time, budget and specification. You will be heavily involved in the pre-contract negotiations, working on the project from initial conception to final completion. Some mentoring of more junior employees may be necessary.

To be based in Leeds, a Project Management Consultant is required to join this progressive independent Construction company. Applicants will have a demonstrable track record in successfully delivering construction schemes in the retail sector, working within time, budget and quality constraints.
Degree-educated in a relevant Construction discipline - such as Engineering or Surveying - you will preferably be a Chartered professional. You are also likely to hold additional Project Management qualifications, such as Prince II or MAPM status.
