An opportunity has arisen to join a successful and growing Hull based company within the Finance department. The position is primarily to support the supply accountant with European operations. Amongst other roles the position will involve the following tasks:
Accurate forecasting and monitoring of line haul and freight costs.
Analysis and monitoring of monthly warehouse and freight costs.
Preparation of VAT returns in respect of the European Hub.
Support to the Supply Accountant in preparing the Hull Distribution KPI's to review stage
The ideal candidate will have graduated in a finance related degree with either a 2:1 or 1st class and have good A-level grades. This opportunity is also open to Part Qualified accountants who have undertaken CIMA or ACCA and are looking for an opportunity to progress within a company that prides itself on the ability to develop its employees and create future career opportunities for the right candidates.
