We are currently recruiting for full time Call Centre Agents to join our clients rapidly expanding Contact Centre based in Steeton.
The key responsibilities for this role will consist of:
- Contacting potential customers to ascertain their mobility difficulties and provide a free information pack to interested parties.
- Presenting a friendly and professional image of the Company and dealing with sensitive issues in a compassionate manner.
No previous experience is required however, the successful candidate should have a professional and flexible attitude, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A high standard of personal presentation is essential as is the desire to achieve targets and succeed.
