The Company
We are currently working alongside a leading offsite Construction Company that are seeking a permanent member of staff to expand their construction team. Our client offers an innovative design and planning service to a wide range of industry sectors.
The Role
The successful candidates will be providing supervision of site operatives and sub-contractors. You will be controlling site work undertaken by the on site team. You will be expected to achieve completion on time, within allocated costs, laid down design specification and quality, whilst managing the site activities. You will make sure activities comply with current construction policies. The role is office based for 3 days of the week and the other days will be spent travelling to different sites performing site supervision.
About You:
You will have previous experience of site supervision within the construction industry and knowledge of crane limits, product risk assessment and method statements for site operations. You will hold a sound Health and Safety background. The ideal candidate will hold valid CPCS.
