Established in 1930 our clients are now a market leader in the design, development and manufacture of can making machinery. Due to a heavy work load they are looking to recruit machine tool fitters on an on-going temporary assignment,
The Role
The role is to maintain the cnc machines both PPM and unscheduled work both maintenance and repair work, whilst also building the can machinery to customer requirements
This role is a temporary to permanent position and will initially be on a trial basis where you will be employed by Austin Banks on a temporary contract for approximately 3 months. The hourly rate for this position is £10 to £15.33 per hour.
Hours & Days:
Choice of shifts to include Days 7.30am-4.15pm Mon-Thurs Fri 7.30am-1pm
Or
Nights 9pm-7am Mon-Thurs - nights shift rate includes 1/3 shift allowance
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will be apprentice trained or time served with experience of working with and maintaining CNC machinery,
